Step 1: Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. You can also add 2 spoons of oil to it and use a fork or pastry blender to blend it in. Next, add water with the dry ingredients and mix well until the dough becomes sticky.

Step 2: Spread a bit of flour on your work surface and let the dough for at least 30 mins to 2 hrs. Don’t skip this step because it is important to let the dough make it softer.

Step 3: Turn on the gas oven, take a large pot and add 1-inch deep sunflower oil and let them heat properly. The desired temperature is 350F/176 C. 

While the oil is heating, you have to cut the dough into 6 pieces with a knife.

Step 4: Take each piece and put it on a floured surface and make them round shape by using a wooden belan.

Step 5: Now, it’s time to fry. Drop each round piece into the heating oil and fry each side until it is golden. Pick out the pieces and place them on the plate or paper towels to soak the extra oil. 

It should be crispy on the outside and soft inside.
